We have some bourbon bars here with more bourbons than you can imagine. :) Of those readily available, I'm partial to Woodford Reserve but I know the person in head of the culinary program there. It however has some of the smoothest complex flavor of any I've tried and would be my favorite even if I didn't know someone there.<br /><br />My favorite classic bourbon cocktail: Manhattan. Almost any bourbon is also excellent in a really high quality apple cider. And the "Liquid Bourbon Ball" is one that's popular but surprisingly I haven't tried yet.
