It has been a couple of weeks since my last guest for my series, "three things that make you smile". Today, I am happy to announce Garrison Hullinger. Garrison is a very talented interior designer based in Portland, Oregon. He have been so successful, is incredibly genuine and has an excellent staff of lovely designers supporting him.
