I am all about Forever 21. Stylish clothes that are cheap is something that every college student loves. So until the H&Ms open in Washington I will be buying almost all my outfits from Forver. I saw this outfit on their website. Thank goodness for the new model, didn't like the last one because she reminded my of Hiedi from The Hills. Anyways this outfit is simple, summery, and super chic. It's a look that I think a lot of people can pull off as well.
