I took my first hour long cycling class at the gym last week. It was hard and literally a pain in the ass. But I took my second class today and I actually really enjoyed it. It wasn't as difficult this time around but it was still an intense workout. I highly recommend taking a class sometime if you haven't already!

Sounds fun! I ride my bike everyday for 15 but thats about all I do oh and gym Tuesday :)! Keep cycling!

They are great classes hey? No matter how often you do them you can always push yourself to get a great workout in one of those classes.
