Sweater Weather - Friday's Fancies

Here in Montana, we are deep into sweater weather. I am in love with this Madwell sweater so I had to use it in this week's Friday's Fancies. I mean, it is adorable so please get into my closet.  To round out a great sweater, you'll need a vest, hat, boots and jeans.....a solid go-to cold weather outfit. oh, and hooray for Friday ;)

Lucky Ladies - Friday's Fancies

I'm back! I've been a little M.I.A lately. I think it's due to the fact that I just bought a NOOK. I've been reading versus heading to the computer after getting home from work or the gym. Not that that is a bad thing but I've ignored this blog a little too long. But this upcoming weekend is St. Patrick's Day so I thought it was time to join back in on the Friday Fancies' fun. Since the holiday falls on the weekend, I've constructed a more relaxed yet festive look. Easy to run around town and get all those errands done before Monday rolls around again. Outfit Crushing - Friday's Fancies

I'm constantly crushing on Sydney from The Day Book Blog's outfits. She is just so adorable with awesome style. So this week on Long Distance Loving, we're creating outfits from other people's great fashion. I've tweaked Sydney's original look with a monochromatic skirt and a wine sweater. I'm also dying for these Sorel boots (size 6.5) so I incorporated them as well. You can't have too many Sorel boots, right? So that's my take, enjoy, and happy Friday.

I'm back. Sorry, for the lack of posting. We traveled home to Washington for the holidays and spent time with family and friends. I've also been spending a lot of my free time watching The Big Bang Theory. Bazinga. But it's 2013 so Happy New Year. To celebrate we are creating looks for 2013 over at Long Distance Loving. I'm not one for creating New Year's Resolutions. I try and matain lifestyle goals all year. If anything, I'm looking for a more simple, relaxed and practical outlook on 2013. Bonfire Beauties - Friday's Fancies

Enjoying a bonfire in Autumn sounds lovely. However, it's already snowing in Bozeman so one must dress for winter if enjoying the outsides. But my Friday's Fancies is set in a milder climate. Costume Prep - Friday's Fancies

When I was little, I dressed up for Minnie Mouse one Halloween/Birthday. For my birthday party we all went trick-or-treating and it rained on us. Thanks Pacific Northwest. But I remember I enjoyed my costume that year. So I'll be going as Minnie Mouse again this year. It's such an easy outfit to pull off and it's adorable. Now I just need to convince Joel to go as Mickey Mouse.
