One day

I am strongly against matching bridesmaid dresses. You see, I am not a very traditional girl. I also believe in adding a little more depth to styling a wedding. Yes, it much easier to get matching dresses for all the ladies but look how much more fun you can have with coordinating but not matching dresses....
The Joy of Not Matching II

Here is an easier translation of non-matching bridesmaid dresses....

  1. I am 100% with you, all the way! LOVE the look...achieving the look, however...I found was not as easy as it sounds!

  2. Yay! I love this. My bridesmaids all got to pick their own dress and they looked AMAZING. Strangely, about half of my girls freaked out about having to pick their own dresses-- they would rather I chose for them. Weird! I get to wear a black dress of my choosing to be a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding and I am STOKED to pick out something that I actually like! Plus I love the way it looks!

  3. I had all my bridesmaids pick out their own black dress to wear. That way we had variety and the got a dress I knew they would wear again!
