Cupcakes make me happy

I made cupcakes today! I don't normally spend much time in my kitchen but I successfully made cupcakes and my kitchen is still intact.

they aren't anything special but they sure are cute.

This women came into work yesterday looking for fabric for her cupcake store called treat that she is planning on opening soon. She was going for blues and purples but I went a different direction. This is what came to my mind.

Saint Cupcakes

I LOVE cupcakes! But seriously, who doesn't?! One of the fabulous things about living and working in Northwest Portland.....Saint Cupcake. One of my co-workers brought a box of cupcakes in today! What a lovely and delicious surprise. If you are ever in Portland, check them out. Or have them mailed to you! Yep, they deliver.
