Graduate

My little sister is graduating from Washington State University in May. It's crazy that she's old enough to be a college graduate. But when she asked me to create her graduation announcements, I pounced on the opportunity. I took inspiration from this design and added a little cougar fun. I'm pretty proud of how they turned out. What do you think?
Congratulations baby sister on your graduation. I love you.

here we go again

Welcome back to the work week! At least, it's a short one this week. phew. I am already planning ahead for a sunny weekend to wear an outfit similar to the one below. Long maxi, cropped top, gladiator sandals, crossbody bag, and a scarf or long necklace. Yes, please. There are a lot of tragic maxi dresses out there. But you can't go wrong with a solid, racer back type. Would you rock this outfit? How do you style your maxi dress? I know my sister wants to wear a fedora with her maxi. What about you...

nutella

My lovely younger sister is killing me with jealousy. She keeps writing me about her adventures abroad and her fabulous time living in Florence, Italy. Yeah, she lives a rough life. I am going to take a glamorous trip there mentally right now. Join me on the journey.

Have fun!

My darling (and sassy) younger sister is headed to Florence, Italy to study abroad for a semester. She gets to study the culture and wine and she will probably learn a few things about Italian men. I love you sister! Have an amazing time. I will miss you and can't wait to hear all about it when you come back in May. Ciao.

Merry Christmas

My sisters and I visited Santa this morning. I asked for world peace and the rights for gays to marry. My youngest sister just asked for clothes (boring) and my middle sister asked for an Italian lover while she studies abroad in Italy next semester. Santa said he would try and see what he could do. Excellent. Can't wait for Christmas and the new year. MERRY CHRISTMAS.
thank goodness for a non awkward Christmas photo. I have 24 years of Santa photos and I am glad there are a few that are actually decent.

wheat fields

I spent this past weekend visiting my sister in the lovely town of Pullman, Washington. It was a fun weekend with her. I even wore cougar gear to the football game (it wasn't like I was going to wear U of O duck gear. sick). And I am already thinking about this upcoming weekend. almost there...

I spent this morning moving my baby sister into her college dorm. (How is she old enough for college? ahh). I was lucky enough to attend the OSU football game yesterday too! Although it rained. (I guess it is OR). Thank goodness of those sexy plastic ponchos.
I hope all you lovelies had a fabulous weekend!

While in Seattle...

My sisters and I made a little stop here today.

(You might recall this post...)

Baby Sister's Prom

My youngest sister, Coco, went to prom this week. She looked beautiful!!! Naturally, my middle sister and I went there to join in on pictures. Oh, I also got asked if I was Coco's younger sister. Rude. Do I look like I am sixteen?! For the record, I am five years older.

Yeah, we spelled out Coco. Skilled.
Yeah, we are in the window.
Erin, Mother, and Me.
Just my mom and me.

And You Give Video - Matthew Barber

This video makes me laugh. My youngest sister suggested I listen to Matthew Barber. I am glad I actually took her advice. Thanks Coco. It is a catchy little song.

All I want for Christmas is...

a cat!
I recently found out that our apartment deposit for a cat is only $150 and not $300! yippee. So I really want to take one of these cute little girlies home with me. I am hoping my sister (oh, hey there Coco. wink. wink) will be supplying me with a litter box, cat food and toys for Christmas. So who is your favorite?

No longer a teen.

It is my lovely younger sister's birthday today. She turns a big 2-0! And on her birthday she had the pleasure of being stuck in the car for five hours as she drove across Washington back to Pullman. Have fun this year at Wazzu! Miss you and Happy Birthday Erin!
