Summer Travel

I'm pretty excited for our upcoming travel plans this summer. We'll be heading back to Portland for our good friend's wedding (I'll be wearing this dress). We're taking a 3-day weekend to soak in the city that we left behind and catch up with all our friends. And weddings are always a blast. The following weekend, we are heading back to Seattle to visit ALL of my family. Hectic weekend there. And lastly, we're heading to Maine to visit Joel's family over the forth. You better believe we'll be having a blast like last year. During our weekends back home, we will be enjoying all the beauty that Montana has to offer. Where are you traveling this summer?

Wedding Fun

I danced, celebrated love, drank lots of beer, saw my dearest friends and had a tremendous time doing it all! I just love weddings.
The beautiful bride! We all have been friends since the third grade!
yay! Michelle and Corey. They came all the way from Philadelphia. So wonderful to see them.
My good looking parents.
Yeah, my dad is pretty cool. And stylish.....thanks to me.

Industrial-Chic

Ace Hotel is in New York now. Interior Design magazine just did a feature on the west coast hotel and its new location in NYC! I haven't stayed in the hotels here in Portland or Seattle (no need for a hotel here) but I still love and admire their design! Very urban hipster. Check out the photos from Interior Deisgn magazine below. Fabulous.

little sister

I was back in Seattle this past weekend with my family. My youngest sister, Coco (Colleen technically) and had a wonderful little photo session. This heat makes us doing crazy things. And no we are not twins. There is a 5 year age difference. Just thought I would let you know.

Red Cape

All I want is a huge bouquet of fresh flowers from Pike Place. Farmer market flowers are to die for and so cheap. A bouquet of red balloons will do too.

Orange (You Glad for Change)

Oh how clever. There is a place in my heart for Jones Soda (hello, they are from Seattle). On my to do list is to send in an awesome picture to be seen all over their bottles. But until then I will love this new bottle with Obama on it. Perfect to celebrate the inauguration.
