Autumn is a quick season here in Montana but here are a few of my fall favorites. I'm really coveting a faux fur scarf.....perfect transition piece into cold winters. Enjoy your weekend!!!
Enjoying a bonfire in Autumn sounds lovely. However, it's already snowing in Bozeman so one must dress for winter if enjoying the outsides. But my Friday's Fancies is set in a milder climate. Still requires layering and getting cozy to step outside. So here's my take on a mild fall night, drinking some hot chocolate and gazing at the stars....with that someone you love by your side. To me, fall at its core is all about being cozy. A great pair of jeans, a comfy sweater, a warm scarf, go-to boots and fabulous accessories is the perfect fall look. I'm back and hopefully there was someone else besides my mom that missed me during my brief hiatus. First off, I'd like to point out the obvious...it's October. This blows my mind a little bit. Hopefully, the first day of this glorious month treated you well. Mine was pretty fabulous.
1. My boyfriend is in town today and doesn't leave for traveling until tomorrow. A Monday together. wahoo.
2. Stella & Dot just released their holiday collection. It's pretty fabulous. They've introduced scarves this season which makes me giddy. It's getting cold here and I'm VERY excited to wear all my scarves. Now I can't decide which one from Stella & Dot to add to my collection. Suggestions?

This week's Friday's Fancies is all about Gingham print. Gingham might seem like a summer print but I've paired it with a muted, darker palette. I'm really looking forward to fall clothes and especially corduroys. It might be 90 degrees here but I'm preparing my fall wardrobe. Enjoy your weekend.

We are officially in fall and winter is just around the corner. The days are colder and darker. The warmth of a hot, sunny day seems like a distant memory.
