Snow Shoe

My boyfriend headed out this weekend for some snowboarding. So my good friend, Britni, and I decided to have our own snow adventure. We headed up to Mt. Hood and went snow shoeing! It actually snowed too. We really need more snow. It hasn't snowed much on the mountain. We packed our lunch and explored the woods. After our mini time in the snow, we got a drink at Timberline Lodge. It was an excellent day in the snow. Can't wait to do it again.
Did you enjoy any snow this weekend?

Saturday Adventure

It is sunny in Portland. Weird, I know. My boyfriend and I just rented a tandem bike and cruised around the river. We forgot to take a picture of our beautiful red tandem bike but he was a real winner. Yeah, for fun times and sunny weather. Here is a picture Joel snapped while cruising along.....(yeah, we are awesome)
I was the most stylish biker. Cute flats, leggings, shirt dress, scarf, and awesome new camel jacket. Hope you are having a lovely weekend.

Snow Time

This weekend we had a lovely snow adventure. We headed across the Columbia River into Washington for snow shoeing. Well, technically I used the show shoes and Joel used his splitboard (a snowboard that splits apart). I had a lot of fun! We were the only ones around and the sun was shinning! We even packed our lunch and stopped for some delicious PB&J sandwiches and graham crackers. Yum. Overall, it was a perfect snow adventure.

Did you all have a lovely weekend? Do anything fun?

add it to the list...

I have a rough list of things I wish to accomplish within the near future. (you like the vague terms and timeline I use?) I want to kayak the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon. Well, I really just want to take a casual yet pretty kayak trip.
this could work...
(I want this to be my view)
